Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations within Australia. Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future! 

Can I request expedited shipping for my order as I need it urgently? 

Yes we do! We offer an express shipping option for deliveries which you can choose at the checkout. Please contact us at kubbigifts@outlook.com if your delivery is very urgent to discuss your specific needs, and we'll ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Delivery + Tracking

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated Delivery Times 

Within Sydney:

  • 1-3 business days for standard delivery
  • 1-2 business days for express delivery

Outside of Sydney:

  • 3-5 business days for standard delivery
  • 1-3 business days for express delivery

Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide tracking through Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery details and a tracking code. You can use this code within the AusPost app or the AusPost website to track the status of your order. 

Where will the order be dispatched from?

Your order will be packed with love and shipped with care by the Kubbi team located in Sydney, Australia.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update personal details, such as your shipping address. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. Send us an email us at kubbigifts@outlook.com with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does order processing take? 

We work diligently to process and dispatch your order within 3 days. Your satisfaction is our priority so if your order is needed sooner, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not offer returns for our items.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes, we are happy to offer exchanges for items that meet our exchange criteria. Please contact us at kubbigifts@outlook.com within 10 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Gift Options

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping for all orders. Your items will be lovingly packaged in custom Kubbi wrapping, making them ready to delight as a perfect gift. 

Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely! You can add a complimentary gift message to your order. Simply enter your message (up to 200 characters) during checkout, and we'll print it on a special Kubbi card and include it in your parcel. Once this message option is chosen, pricing will also be removed from the packing slip. 

Do you offer gift customisation?

We don’t offer gift customisation right now, but we are working on an embroidery option. Keep an eye out for updates!
